Junee Harness Racing Club received a little over $130,000 to undertake upgrades at the Junee Showgrounds, including installing new Racing Track Lights and Beautification works across the Showgrounds.
The Junee Baptist Church has $280,000 to fund a local Youth Worker for 3 years. Plus they will be undertaking upgrades to the hall including installing a new kitchen and outdoor playground equipment which will be utilised by various local community groups including Kids Club and the Junee Awesome Ladies.
Junee Shire Council will invest an additional $169,000 in to further upgrades for the Junee Junction Recreation and Aquatic Centre. Council will also undertake street beautification projects with new playground equipment for Memorial Park and they’ll activate portions of the Junee Shire Council’s Inclusion Action Plan thanks to a further $733,600 grant.
